More judgmental and curious of everyone lives

It is always important to maintain good health especially nowadays that we are in the time of "instant anything" considering most, if not all, people from all ages depend on computer aided devices to easy their tasks while neglecting a healthy lifestyle. From time to time, a person's daily habit become a major factor towards his attitude and perspective in life including health. Moreover, society become more judgmental and curious of everyone lives these days that including other people's diet has become a big deal to them. That is why it is important to be physically and mentally fit, justifying "a sound mind and a sound body." 

How do we grow somatomedin in this world that follows a whole new perspective in terms of nutrition?

And in order to be wholly fit, one must start on its physical aspect. That is why here are a few tips to attain proper health and fitness:

STEP UP

Jump off that lazy bed and step up! Give yourself a break from the virtual world and reconnect with your environment. A jog in the morning will help you feel good all day. Jogging helps prevent hypertension and heart disease since it is good for your cardiovascular system. Tip: Speed up your jog to avoid slipping, as 90 steps per minute is advisable to experts.

2. EAT HEALTHY

Never neglect having healthy meals on your table! If you prefer instant food like cup noodles or canned goods (anything that is easy to cook), then you're in trouble because you will be instant dead as your life gets shorter. Research says that eating instant foods consistently may lead to serious diseases and even death. These kinds of food have preservatives to keep them from being spoiled but has negative effects on human body. It is always advisable to eat healthy food even if it takes time. It is also important to observe proper diet to monitor calories intake to maintain a fit body. To eat healthy does not mean eating A LOT of food, rather, eating the right amount of food with good nutrition.

Have in mind that it is only when one eats healthy that he grows somatomedin. 

3. HAVE DISCIPLINE 

Discipline yourself always. There is no guarantee of attaining that healthy and fit body if it will only last for just a couple of days. All your sweats on your workouts and exercise will be in naught if at a time you stopped your exercise routine. A mentor of mine once said that discipline is the highest form of physical care.

Remember that somatomedin only dwells in bodies where health is an utmost priority.
